My question is, can a vehicle pass the m.o.t. test with a nail in one of the front tyres.
I ask this as my van passed, and on the advisory notice along with other things that may need doing for the next test was -- Nail in nearside front tyre -- is this legal?
I have now sorted it out, but should it have passed the test.
You may think I would have been pleased that it passed but I was buying this van and it was up to the dealer to have it tested before I paid the balance.
