What fish is best for you (oily and got omega 3), and is sustainable? Also, what does it taste like?

I think Salmon and tuna have a fair amount of omega 3s in, mackerel does too but I think that tastes vile personally

Salmon, definitely. If you fry it with just a smear of cooking oil in the pan, once its cooked you'll be left with a lot of oil that's come out of the fish.
i've been eating sainsbury taste the difference marinated herrings recently, they are gorgeous and got plenty of omega 3
Herring contains the highest amount of Omega 3, followed (in order) by shark, swordfish, salmon, pollock, flounder or sole, crab. Check here for other fish:-

Omega3

I find salmon, swordfish and crab fairly mild tasting.
