My boyfriend has just passed his test, his license came back with 8 points on it for offences in 2003. I thought if he had 6 or more his licence wouldn't have come back - that he would have to re-sit his test. He was disqualified until he passed his test, could his licence be taken from him now even though they sent it to him with 8 points on it?
