The Police will check it out for you.
have you knocked their door?
Do you know him to speak to? Perhaps tap on the door and check he is OK.
Why don’t you do ‘ something ‘ ?
Er, have you knocked on his door?
Yes, contact the police (or investigate further yourself), it's obvious something is amiss.

I'd think friends or family or work or neighbours would have . . . . .

Contact the police to say you're concerned.

If they visit and he's fine, there's no harm done, is there?

I wanted to contact them online but i dont want to file missings person and it didnt seem another way to inform them other to ring i guess i will have to call i just want to report the situation i dont want to be involved
If you ring them and report it they will check it out when they can and follow up where needed. You don't need to be any more involved in that.

Make a concern for welfare call to the police on 101.

Having myself once called out the police (on a 999 call) for suspicious behaviour which turned out to be totally innocent, I can assure you they would rather that than miss a genuine emergency.
I would have called the police after two weeks. Why are you dithering about this?
Question Author
because im not the closest neighbour and never spoke to the guy for all I know hes on long holiday but im starting to think maybe the rest in my street just have no idea or dont care maybe this man dosnt have family to call for him starting to think maybe its on me because ive noticed and i will call them today
