Both Talbot and Old_Geezer have probably got it right.
What about the don't nos are they the yeses
Well Nigel Farage is already looking for a second referendum in case of a narrow "Remain".

When the Danes voted no to the Maastricht Treaty, they were made to vote again until they gave the 'right' answer.
Each day nearer brings allegations of dirty tricks and duress on business plus the usual doses of scaremongering. Most of this by dodgy dave and his stay campaigners.
Best to wait until the results are made and then we see the mud fly and calls for a second vote.

All the polls show that there are many who are as yet undecided - myself included - and if that remains the case come the day, my belief is that many will either abstain or vote 'remain'.
An 'abstain' is as good as a vote for 'remain' as it supports the status quo.
