can you have more than one ebay account listed to one bank account?

Yes.
I have one Paypal a/c linked to three ebay accounts ... and to 1x Bank account and a CC account. All work fine. Purchase emails go the respective associated ebay email addresses. Payment (Paypal) advices go to original account email.
