I currently have an outside porch light and would like to have an inside porch light (wall light) that comes on at the same time. How do I wire the indoor light to the outdoor?

If you mean you want them to come on at the same time using just the existing switch, simply wire them together in parallel. This means using a 3 core cable (1mm^2 cable will do), wire the positive of the existing to the positive of the new light, negative to negative and (most importantly) earth to earth. Wiring them like this means that if the bulb in one light blows, the other bulb will still work.
