I was in America a few years ago, teaching their Army how we dealt with battle casualties in the British Army. This meant we had to travel around a lot to different barracks/Acadamies and most of it was in a road vehicle so frequent toilet stops were needed as the U.S is a huge country.
After a couple of days our American hosts tols us that in the U.S, toilet etiquette was to go in, select a urinal get the 'old man' out, have a wee, replace 'old man' wash, dry hands and leave, Aparently Yanks don't like to talk as they 'tinkle' as it makes them uncomfortable. That was the wrong thing to say to Brits,
Everytime we stopped therafter, we would select an occupied urinal, one of us would go either side, pull out our 'peckers' start to wee and chat to each other, and try and get the other hapless guy to join the conversation then howl with laughter at his pained expression as he desperatly tried to ignore us and carry on peeing, (mostly down his leg)
Ah..... fun times
