HI what is the best way to run my gas central heating . should i keep it on all day on a very low setting so that it just keeps the chill of the house or should i turn it off . and only turn it on but at a high setting when I'm in ( ie 7.00 to 8,00am ) and( 6.00 to 10,30pm ) i don't have a thermostat only a high ,med and low control. which over the long term is the most comfortable and or economical

Get a programmable thermostat fitted that alone will save you heaps of money and is more economical and getting TRV's fitted aswell is even better for money saving. You will soon recover the expense and start to save money on fuel bills.
