How can I clean really mucky ring around the outside of the hallogen rings ? Hobrite wont touch them, tried with the big Polti steam cleaner that didnt work.
Husband likes to cook but is messy.

Having been an Aga owner as well as a halogen, i have used one of those handled Stanley blades/window scrapers, they work perfectly on glass tops. lifts burnt -on spills a treat and doesn't scratch the glass
