For best results try semi-ripewood cuttings (A cutting made from current years growth just as it begins to harden at the base) mid - late summer 7-10cm (3-4in)Root in 50/50 sand and ericacious compost with gentle bottom heat in a propagator, should root in 7-8 weeks and ready for planting in about 18-24 months. Alternativly you could try simple layering in autumn by pegging down a low branch into the earth or plunged pot with a peble on top, it should be ready to cut off and transplant in about 18 months or so. Good Luck.
