Ever since I bought a handheld blender, I'd never use anything else again.


Something like this, not sure what they are called in England:

I don't have the exact one, I just made sure, I got one strong enough to cut ice cubes, too.
It't brilliant and really easy to clean...

We use a Braun Vario hand held blender - it's brilliant.
