I’m sure I found somewhere a homemade solution for cleaning the inside of windows that you spray on and then remove with a Karcher. I’ve lost the recipe …can anyone help please.?

Use washing up liquid ....trust me, there's nothing better. Just dilute some water with washing up liquid to about the same strength you'd use for washing the dishes, so not too weak and not too strong. Dip a sponge in the water and squeeze it so the sponge isn't too wet. Give the windows a good rub with the sponge and use the Karcher to remove the water from the window.
I'd personally use a squeegee, but for home use a Karcher is fine.

I've been a window cleaner for roughly 30 years now by the way :)
I do similar to Gizmonster but add a little bit of lemon juice to the mix.
Someone on AB recommended water with white vinegar in, works a treat. I keep it in an old spray bottle, spray on, a quick rub with a cloth, and then a silicone blade.
