I am trying to sell stuff and have put a few items on Preloved which are “awaiting review”. However with the last three items the photos wouldn’t download. Why is this?

I take it you meant upload.

are you uploading photographs that you have taken? Are they in the right format?

What was different about the last three ? That might give you a clue.

Or, as suggested, it might be a size or format issue.

Is it they're not uploading or just not showing?

I seen this on their site, "Due to the potential for abuse, all photographs are reviewed by Preloved staff prior to being published on the site. This can result in a delay of up to 24 hours before your photo appears."

Yes, sorry not technical.. ‘upload’ is the word ….Most of my photos uploaded fine, but for the last three items, the photos wouldn’t upload at all. They are all the same size… weird…
