Hibiscus No Buds

I have 2 hibiscus. One is a double flower which has lots of buds, the other is a single flowering one with no buds. They are both on the same side of the garden so both get the same amount of sun. It looks quite healthy but don't know why there are no buds. Any suggestions please

I think it's fairly normal for different varieties to flower at different times.
A sunny position would seem to suit them best.
