morning, Saturday and the weekend starts here. I hope that you are all in good health and that your day is a pleasant one. Do you have any plans for today?

I am meeting a friend for coffee which will be nice, then an appointment at Specsavers for an eye test.

today's forecast for the capital is a rather warm 22c with rain showers.

perhaps it's timely for a reminder that the clocks go back overnight.
I generally do the main clocks before going to bed, so i wake to the correct time.

Takes my body clock a week to adjust to time changes.

takes me a while to adjust to the time change, i never ever get used to the early dark nights,

I may have to buy a juicer, once again.
My new neighbour owns an orchard, the amount of fresh organic fruit being tossed my way is becoming overwhelming, want any?

i like orange juice, but don't drink too much of other juices.

I like to blend a variety of juices.
A breakfast cocktail that doesn't make one legless

i did have a time during the hot weather of mixing lemonade with orange juice.

[1ozzy]

12 oranges and 2 lemons juiced.
A splash of water, some ice cubes added, so refreshing on a tropical day.
