54 Answers
I have some friends i met about 14 years ago. At the time, they didnt have a landline and only used their mobiles, and i remember thinkig how weird that was. Nowadays, i think i am the only person i know who still does have a landline (with a phone plugged in that still gets used occasionally)
Do you still have a landline?> Is it used?

i suppose people call each other less anyway nowadays - why actually speak to someone when you can text/FB them?
If our phone goes, t's one of three people - the friends mentioned in the OP, my sister calling from the USA as she has a landline rate that's better than the mobile rate or my sister in law.
Or scammers/chancers
