I've no idea what today will bring. We shall see. A bit of running around to do, which won't take long. I hope it stays dry.

not having a good time, have a pain in or near the adams apple, kept me awake for a time until i finally took some paracetamol. Its a good thing i am seeing ENT people soon, as this is beyond a joke. Its not a cold, but a sharp pain when i breathe...

Morning emmie and WBM had a busy day yesterday but think I will just have a pottering about day today, ducks and hens house's need a wee clean out apart from that not much else to do. Ali

my GP has referred me to ENT but i don't when i will see them. It hurts when i move my head back or when i swallow, water, coffee helps a little but I have wondered for ages whether this is indeed thyroid related, as i have long suspected.
