Last month well after fruiting had finished, I cut off the foliage from some of my plants to compare against some that I decided to leave to die off naturally.---All the plants that I had cut down, have developed lovely new leaves!!!--What's all that about??

I'm waiting for my patio roses to die off so I can re-pot them in bigger planters but they still have buds opening.
