You can buy seeds. Make a small groove in them and soak in warm water for 24 hours before sowing.
Just let them seed theirselves. My neighbour has them growing everywhere and they invade me every year without fail.
From seed is the best method.
Save some of the pods and keep til early spring, roughen up the tough seed coats with a nail file the soak the seed in warm water over night.
Sow in pots (the taller the better) grow them on to early summer in a cold frame and plant out.
It may be worth trying to sow some in open ground also, as they don't transplant very well, due to the long root-run.
