Do you like your fried egg with a runny centre or cooked 'til the edges are crispy?

UGH!! Don't like fried eggs done anyway, but the thought of a runny centre!!!!!
white MUST be cooked yoke soft !
Question Author
If the centre wasn't runny how could you dip your toast?
I've just bought some of those squashy poaching dishes - we have poached eggs now!
and your soldiers ?
I love eggs.

eggs eggs eggs eggs eggs :o)

with a runny yolk.
I don't mind the yellow bit to be a little bit runny but tend to prefer them quite well cooked. I don't eat egg white at all, it's vile.
Need to stop reading these posts, starting to feel sick
PS yes, got to be runny - OH often turns his fried eggs over so they are stiff, I don't like 'em like that.
stiff eggs? that's so wrong, lol!
..and I can't abide the sliddery bits if the white's not well cooked, bleah....

Atsgran, if you're feeling squeamish a raw egg whipped up in a glass of milk will settle you.
Thanks sandy, that's breakfast down the pan :-(

They need to be stiff for a fried egg sandwich. Runny would end up all over you lap.
The yellow bit must never touch the bottom of the frying pan... ewwwww....
You're so helpful sandy. LOL
I love all eggs but fried are my favourite on toast with plenty of coarse black pepper and a little salt.

I hate snotty eggs when the white over the yolk is still like snot. Yuck!!!!
Sandy, sorry but a little yolk in your lap is not a lot to pay for a perfectly cooked egg, they must never be cooked hard, not any egg!!
poached eggs................... oh no ! slimy/slipper wee bu**ers
Soft but not raw
