You could get a car with air conditioning.

Alternatively, open the windows slightly before you start your jiggin on the back seat. Starting the engine and turning on the fan might help too.

Is this a double glazing problem?
Simple............................................................................................

Just stop breathing !!!
Ours are like that, have been asking the landlord for 5 years to fix it!
He has finally now said he would, and it is too late, the man came round to have a look and measure up the glass and said they are in such a bad way we need all the windows to be taken out and all new ones out in! Which I am very happy about lol!
I believe if the sealed unit double glazing has failed, they have to be replaced. The frames should be OK, just the glass units need doing.
carndonagh - you need to know why this is happening before you can resolve the problem. It usually happens because warm damp air meets a cold glass window and the moisture in the air condenses out on to the glass, due to the change in temperature. So, to resolve the problem, you either need to make the air drier (by removing the moisture - extractor fans, or preventing the moisture getting into the air - by not cooking in water or by not taking showers) OR.... by ensuring that the glass in your windows is not cold - double glazing usually sorts this one out. Finally, there are a few quick fixes but these don't really solve the problem, they just help it not appear too often - like smearing a little washing up liquid over a bathroom mirror or window glass. Your best bet is to either remove the damp warm air effectively or stop your window glass being cold !
Even double glaced windows will steam up, in certain circumstances.

Adequate ventilation is the answer, you could also try a de-humidifier.
