how can I repair turf that has gone brown after first mowing

Just wait it won't take long for it to green up after all this rain we've been having then cut it regularilly so that it does'nt get too long between each cut .

If it's still patchy after some lovely rain, just get some grass seed and sprinkle it over the bare patches - It'll spread eventually anyway but the seed will speed it up.
