I have searched the internet for a non chemical way to get rid of these pesky creatures. A mixture of vegetable oil and soap is all I can find.
Do any of you have another solution?

Any help with these creepy crawlies?
I usually give them a strong blast with a fine jet from a garden hose.

'Gardenweb' has lots of advice.
Lupin aphids are so big that a shotgun might be your best approach..
A weak solution of washing up liquid sprayed in a fine mist will see them off !
The RHS website suggests that while biological controls can be used to deal with aphids in greenhouses, there's no real alternative to chemical controls (other than squashing the aphids by hand) elsewhere:

Thank you all. I blasted them with a solution of washing up liquid this morning. I think I drowned them all. I'll do it again tomorrow. Horrid things!
