We have water going down the back of the sink and it's running down the wall behind into the cupboard below .This is very complicated :)
The sink is only a gap of about an inch and half from the tiled splashback and has been set into a beechwood worktop .Over time this has started to go all grotty ,the grout is all nasty and any water that gets spashed around is running down the back of it and under the lip of the sink into the cupboard .
This usually only happens when Mr S is doing any washing up .I've tested it with a glass of water :)
My son is going to fit a new sink and worktop for us ....but ..
he's full of good intentions but we may have to wait a while ....

About 35 years ago I used to live up the road from Glastonbury, in Wells. We never thought anything much about the festival except to be annoyed about the mess that was left everywhere by the hippies. Now that does make me old.

Lol Woofy ...I think Mr S is a bit disappointed with the german teams performance yesterday.He turned into his Dad while watching it using exactly the same phrases he used to use when watching football !

Went to another car boot, got some calming Feliway for mousey £3 compared to £29 in the vets.
bought another small emergency phone as mine won't connect without wifi and it doesn't work either, so back to Tesco mañana.
Very warm here today, just relaxing for the rest of the day. Think sister should have a pool put in.

One was deciding not to put money into Lear because who would want to see it, all those woman squabbling, it would be too much like staying at home. So he put all his money into Coriolanus instead. I sort of know how he feels, though.

There's a good sitcom on sky at the mo called Modern Family. Its the old many generations sitcom framework revisited but updated. Dad senior has two adult kids, a gay son and a go-getter daughter. The gay son has a partner and an adopted vietnamese daughter, the daughter has a house husband who is a realtor. Dad is remarried to a beautiful Colombian woman who is the same age (ish) as his kids and who has a teenaged son.
It has no huge drama but in its way, its quite Shakesperian I think.
Another lovely day here and my stomach is behaving hoorah!

Morning all...I'm not at the beach, it's a bit longer than a three minute walk, and I might need something waterproof later on, they've forecast rain/storms. Well the garden could do with a drink.
It's good you've settled down woofy, it's awful isn't it? My insides have been bloated and noisy again so I'm hoping I'm not in for another eruption.
I don't think I've seen any Shakespeare in the flesh since I was at school but I've often felt as though I was appearing in some tragedy.
