We have water going down the back of the sink and it's running down the wall behind into the cupboard below .This is very complicated :)
The sink is only a gap of about an inch and half from the tiled splashback and has been set into a beechwood worktop .Over time this has started to go all grotty ,the grout is all nasty and any water that gets spashed around is running down the back of it and under the lip of the sink into the cupboard .
This usually only happens when Mr S is doing any washing up .I've tested it with a glass of water :)
My son is going to fit a new sink and worktop for us ....but ..
he's full of good intentions but we may have to wait a while ....
In the meantime is there some sort of waterproof tape that I can buy to shore up this gap pro tem.

I don't know....every used car I have bought (1 to 3 years) from main dealers, certificated, the lot, has come with problems. They all had service history, had been new from the dealer who sold it on to me and reasonable mileage.....maybe I am just unlucky.
hayfever much better today, I think because the weather is less humid.
depends, woofy, I had a Polo years ago with full service history, the works, and it broke down once a month till I get scared to get into it. Current Peugeot is last century's, had it for 8-9 years now, and it's been almost no trouble at all. (The fact that I don't actually drive it much now I don't work may help of course.)

It came from Car Giant, which is in our part of the world and is enormous

It's from Woolcraft Robinia .Chunky ,but when I looked on line it looked orangey .In the shop it looked different, more of a rust. It was a few pence per ball dearer but by the time I would have paid the postage it came to the same price really .Plus I had an outing .Another outing tomorrow morning to the market .Ooh the excitement :)
I've just been chasing an annoying flying ant .It's flying days are now over I hope there aren't any hiding upstairs !

Progs not probs
sorry, can't help, if they aren't where they should be. I don't use utorrent. Is there any reason why you can't use the ITV catchup app while you are in the UK
Morning hippies...did you get up to greet the sun? No, me neither, and now it's gone in again.
I haven't seen any flying ants but yesterday I had to evict a huge spdr...it's ok neti, I pointed it in a northerly direction.
Afternoon each. I'm off out in the country tonight with my 2 sisters to watch Fuschia's daughter play in a field on the back of a truck!!!! Honest!
Not exactly a Rock Festival but it'll be good fun!
After I said I didn't get hay fever often I've been sneezing for England. Ooops there's a Freudian slip sort of!
Hope your day is going well.
I've no idea what utorrent is Neti.
we arrived in good time for the softball and sat around on Blackheath for half an hour like wallflowers wondering if we'd got the date wrong. We even rang mjmillinery, who lives nearby, and invited her to come and help us eat our pizzas. But by the time she arrived other people started turning up. Seems everyone wanted to be last to arrive, even the hosts. Must be a Sarf Lunnun thing. So a good time was had by all and I even played a bit of softball.
Good morning from "the suntrap of the south" looks like a nice day again.

had a lovely time at the family bbq, then a terrific night at the Drifters show, we had front row seats luckily as there was a very drunk and loud tart in the secondrow who kept waving her arms about, the management moved two of her neighbours and then asked her to tone it down. We even had bouncers on the end of our row to stop any of us clambering up ontothe stage, as if we could! Great night.
is Jude back from Woodstock yet?
jno, you said Woodstock and i immediately thought of Fair Rosalind and the cup of poison....Does that make me solidly middle aged or a history poseur?
Its warm here again today.
