I will sit back with a bacon buttie, and a mug of tea, and give it some reall serious thought,
And if I don't get all my thinking done today, then I will finish it tomorrow, does that sound like a good idea, or should I go a little slower,?

I don't do sugar, so croissants, cereals and pastries are out of the question. Any suggestions gratefully received.
