cant find server

on ntl & every time i turn my laptop on it comes up cant find server & cant find the ntl home page. had a short power cut the other day & it knocked the router out. could this be the problem?

I had exactly the same problem the other day. I just turned off my modem and everything at the mains for a couple of minutes, and when I turned it all back on again, hey presto!
