Hi, please help!!!

I have a samsung d900 and i'm trying to send and recieve emails but when i do it ask's me for the account details,stuff like SMTP SERVER number, SMTP port, id, and some other questions aswel, i have looked on net but cant find anywhere that tells you what to do
