A shoulder of wild boar plus all the roastie trimmings.

Yeah same here, lasagna and salad.
Been out to a carvery.
Somethings in the slow cooker, not sure I can remember what...........
Roast chicken (requested by my grandson) roast potatoes,dauphinoise potatoes,yorkshire pudding,sage onion and pate stuffing,carrots ,peas, cabbage,
Cauliflower and broccoli cheese. Treacle pudding with cream or ice cream. Couple of bottles of Soave.

But be totally honest, I was fibbing.

I haven't eaten today and I'm still not hungry, plus I prefer day after lasagne.

Grandson has been back from uni (reading week ha ha) so I like to feed him well before he goes. Have also made him a food parcel

The boar is from the estate in France where son 2 is going to be a 'garde chasse' next month.
Boned out, stuffed with sage and onion stuffing and raosted with the skin on to baste it.
Tastes stronger then pork - sort of venisonish but with the texture of pork.

Fig, prosciutto & roquito topped pizza. I had an imagination bypass when I looked in the fridge and found only fennel and celery for a salad :-(
