Microsoft points.. HELP!

Is anyone having any problems redeeming microsoft points after the NXE launch?

It won't let me redeem it, it says the code is invalid :(

No problems for me, is this a points card you bought from a shop or ones you've bought with a credit card.

If it's the former, then take the card back and tell the shop - if you got it on the cheap off eBay then they're probably stolen codes and Microsoft have caught onto it.

If it's points you've downloaded then they should work without any problems. If that's not the case, then contact Microsoft's support people
