do you add milk to the eggs before cooking, if yes, why ?

And a small knob of butter - don't know why, just the way I was taught to do it.
Can add milk or water - texture when scrambled is softer. Not too much though!
I do I think it makes them creamier if that makes sense
Add the milk to the eggs and beat them together so that the mixture is right for the eggs to scramble.
Yes because milk gives them a smoother texture
Adding milk to the egg can make it go further...I don't add anything, just melt the butter in the pan (or olive oil is nice too) and then add the eggs and scramble them

I add cream and freshly snipped chives.
I like mine creamy, never overcook it wither or its just a mashed up omelette

yes whitebears, i agree i think i saw milk being added to the eggs when i was young. to "make it go further ", i still use milk, but a very small amount, my mum used to add water to a tin of tomato soup, likely for the same reason
butter and a little milk, cook it very slowly and serve before it sets, I like to be able to pour mine on to four pieces of toast :-)
i add milk to my scrambled eggs , just the way i was taught , i also add a little knob of butter to pan ,this helps it from sticking to pan so i am told (yet to see it working though) {:-)
1tbls for 2 eggs, whisked & microwaived for 2mins, then mashed. The milk keeps the eggs moist.
plus if its overcooked you get alot of water running off it. You can add milk to tomato soup too much nicer x

hate eggs cooked in microwave, they always taste rubbery. old fashioned way.ie a pot ,much better, i add the butter to the eggs before cooking
Definitely milk or cream,and butter-and stir constantly....nice creamy eggs. I never use the microwave-unless the eggs are for the dog....you can't have the same control over how they come out.
Dash of milk or cream for me. Funnuly, i add a dash of water omlettes.

Salt, pepper, a small amount of nutmeg and butter also go in me scrambled eggs.
