I should have done that, too.

A bit of fish, broccoli, carrots,mushrooms, and a few oven chips.
Now, you see ... I couldn't have been bothered to cook the broccoli, mushrooms or carrots, Sandy.
They all cook easily in a steamer over a pot of boiling water. Bland, I admit, but supposed to be good for you.
Too much hassle.
