pudding jelly raspberry or orange
all done al la kettle

quick easy high fibre meal:
boil 4 cod in butter sauce till they're done.
cook some wholewheat pasta and frozen peas.
mix the whole lot together.
eat.
you can tart it up by adding prawns, butter, cream, grated cheese, or anything else you fancy, but the basic fish, pasta and peas is very nice.
