ergh, ive always wondered what fois gras was, i can honestly say im never gonna try it now

Yup! I found it a bit rich and I much prefer mackrel pate to any other pate I've had before but I knew how it was made when I tried foie gras and it didn't stop me.

I also love veal.

Tried it many years ago and didn't like the texture. Wouldn't eat it now for obvious reasons.
