Its goose liver made by force feeding geese thats why I never eat it
Do you mean that you know what "foie gras" is but you have come across the phrase "petit foie gras" somewhere and are not sure of the meaning?

In culinary terms, of course, it means "small foie gras" and a non-culinary literal translation would be "small, fat liver".

Please give the context of where you saw or heard the phrase.
i agree with Yvonne if you ever have the misfortune to see how the product is produced its unlikely anyone would wish to eat it.
Is it Pat foie gras you saw - this is goose liver pat. It tastes goreous but I wouldn't eat it now I know how it's made. I was 7 or 8 when I had it while staying with my fench family. I was about 10 when I found out they force-fed the geese deliberately to enlarge their livers

I need to get my brain in gear and employ a bit of lateral thinking! Yes, I suppose it's "pt de foie gras" that just jools meant.

You miss off the Pate bit in France - just call it foie gras. I tried it once at my son's French friend's parents in France. Awful stuff - called it pate de foie gras, and was told politely that it is not pate.
Pt de foie gras does exist; it's a pt made in a mould with layers of pork and blocks of foie gras.
