It was on a special offer in Sainsbury's last night, so I think I must have had a brainstorm as I  bought two large lumps - now I don't know what to do with it.

Can anyone give me a simple recipe, please? I have checked the 'search' but would welcome something really simple, but delicious. Thank you.

Dot of butter - pop under grill for a few minutes.

Serve with salad, or saute potatoes.

Real simple, real good!

Agree with Solarjunkie - try to sear the outside and keep the middle pink.  Gorgeous!
serve with cooked rice into which you stir mushrooms cooked with a hint of garlic and chopped onion cooked to soft and pale gold
Wrap tuna in tin foil and place in oven for about 20 mins, serve with baked potato and salad.  Mmmmmm :)

Thank you all so much I really do appreciate this help.

Now, if I can make it past the 'brown' look and enjoy this lump I shall use all ideas for future meals.

grill it and then mash it up and add to a cheese toastie, delicious.
I like my tuna with boiled potatoes, broccoli, cauliflower and a white sauce- you can't get much more simple than that!
