I always either dry fry them or do them in a george foreman grill. You can make some parsley butter or parsley sauce in case they dry up but they generally don't when cooked this way
If you have a griddle pan, that is the best way to cook them.

Make sure the pan is piping hot (with olive oil), pop the steaks in for 30 secs, tun them, 30 secs, turn again, reduce the heat and cook for about 2.5/3 mins each side!

Obviously you may need to vary the time slightly depending on the thickness of the steaks.

You can also squeeze some lemon juice in the pan whilst they are cooking for some added flavour.

Yum yum yum.
I would say one minute on each side on a really hot griddle is enough. Personally, I don't think they should be cooked to a uniform greyness all the way through - much nicer if they're pink in the middle like a rare steak would be.

thank you all, might try them all over the next few weeks.
I always marinade them in the morning for when I eat them at night. My marinade is some olive oil, lime juice, crushed garlic and a dash of chilli pepper. Then I fry them for a few mins each side, making sure I don't overcook them.
