What would you serve with tuna steaks?

I can't think what veg or sauce to accompany it....

I usually have rice, some green veg and I make a fruity orange sauce to accompany it all.

Cous cous goes well too!

salad and pots sliced and cooked in foreman grill. Tuna took 3 mins in grill. First time I have ever cooked tuna(when I was a girl it only came in cans.)

while in Tanzania we had a Tuna steak served with a light cream sauce that had had something very similar to Pesto stirred into it .. very nice !
