Does anyone eat these?

I buy the ones in tomato sauce in a tin and the fry some onion, add a little garlic, ginger, chili powder, salt, black pepper and then add the fish to it, stir and heat through, lovely with chappattis

What do you do with them????

Mash the pilchards up with some cooked
onion ..black pepper ..and some canned
sweetcorn ..mashed potatoes on the
top..with grated cheese ..30 mins in the
oven ..enjoy ...
Pilchards are quite tasty in a quiche
i really like the flesh, but i cant bear those chalky bones, so i tend to avoid them and have tinned mackerel instead.
