Whilst at a party i got talking to a guy and the conversation came up about food and he was telling me about his dear departed grandmother who used to make the best meatballs out of fish and somehow i said that was my specialty and invited him around for dinner.

That night is tonight and i have several cans of pilchards and access to more or less any ingredients withing reason. Please give me a tasty fishball recipe as he'll be here at 9pm and i can't cook for toffee!

Not sure how you can make MEATballs out of fish ? Am I missing something here ?

There was somebody on AB recently who said she made Strawberry Wine out of Ribena ! Have I stepped over into a parallel universe ?
