Does anyone know where I could purchase seaweed from to use in cooking and recipies?

It's not difficult to find. I buy mine from the local Sainsbury (which is not big) and any health food shop should stock it.

down here in the west country its called (laver)they sell it already mixed with vinegar,you can fry it up with eggs ,lovely.

Tesco sell it too in the Chinese foods section (although it is actually cabbage).
