Shelfish have a tendency to concentrate it, but not in the same levels as dairy products. Also whitebait is good. There are trace quantities in many vegetables (spinach more than most) but this is either in difficult to absorb forms or is normally lost in cooking. Eggs contain some too.
Tofu, rhubarb, figs, sardines, carob flour, many beans. See http://www.healthatoz.com/atoz/osteo/osmilk.asp for more.
