i felt like that for a while, felt that as you say i had tried everything and it wasnt working. When it came down to it, it was the same old scenario - eating too much and not moving enough. I am sorry but I am talking from experience, I believed I was doing everything right but on closer inspection i just needed to try harder. I am now slimmer than I ever was - very comfortable in a size 10. There is no medical reason that just because you had a baby you should keep weight on - no reason why it should not be shifted. How long is it since you had your child?

3 years but I honestly have tried a lot
I can only speak from personal experience but also feel it has been the same for some friends who struggled after birth of their children. I was about 18 months down the line and thinking 'what more can i do'. I really did not think there was any more I could do. I felt i was active and not eating too much. I then started monitoring more closely what I was eating and realised I could cut back on some things (portion size in particular) and actually started going out for a power walk when my hubby came in from work(without the pram). From this my walking was getting stronger and stronger, faster and faster. Eventually I would jog a little bit until now I run appx 3 times a week - anything between 20 - 30 mins. I thoroughly enjoy it now. Good luck - its worth a try and really is easy to fit in around a busy lifestyle and costs nothing.
