I've just bought a juicer and have a few recipes, however a few years ago when I was in London, I had one called a 'Flu Buster' which was carrot, leek and parsley. I can't find the recipe for it anywhere. Does anyone have it?

In my Juicing For Health book, it gives a recipe under the flu section although it doesn't call it the Flu Buster - this maybe what you are looking for

2 large carrots
half a leek
2oz/50g parsley

Juice each ingredient and then blend using a spoon.

It makes one 8fl oz glass, it says up to 3 glasses can be drunk daily by adults .

I haven't tried this recipe so can't tell you what it's like.
