google fish recipes ?
hey, we have swordfish and fresh tuna steaks a lot in our house. both good with new potatoes n veg. swordfish is good as it seems to be a bit more 'meaty' than typical fish. Also salmon is a fav of mine, again with new pots n veg to be healthy! hope this helps!
i just had pan fried sea bass with lemon butter and cous-cous flavoured with lemon zest, parsley and garlic for dinner and apart from dropping one fillet on the floor - it went down well!!
Hi liquidspace
I find the best way of cooking fish quickly where it's at its best is by putting it into foil with lemon or lime juice, pepper, shallots, garlic or whatever takes your fancy and popping it into a No 7 oven. This keeps the fish moist and the best flavours. Frying fish dries it out. Poaching is another way where you boil it in milk, water and pepper and any herbs of your choice.
True, fish is really good for you and very healthy so eat as much as you can.
