I got a George Forman grill about 2 years ago and have probably used it 10 times, now it seems really good at gathering dust. Dose anyone have any inspiring recipies, suggestions and ideas so I can start using it a lot more. What do you use yours for?

It's not exactly a recipe but I use ours to toast paninis on, experiment with different fillings and bung it on for a few minutes.

Dont use mushrooms though that goes abit strange.
I use it for chicken mostly, salmon is also nice on there with just a squeeze of lemon juice. I also use it for veg, such as corgettes, or slices of sweet potato. They are also great for doing toasted sandwiches, you don't get that crusty edge!!x
Like Lan I use ours for paninis and toasted sandwiches.
Great if you are dieting as you don't need butter.
Favourite toastie is corned beef and Red onion.
The sandwiches are very moist because the onion caramelises. I pop a 2lb bag of sugar on top of the grill to flatten the sandwich or panini a little more. Yum!!

How long do you pop them on the george for? I am going to give it a try tonight.
Get a nice big pitta bread and fill it with whatever you like....i have cheese, chopped onion, sliced peppers and a dash or worcester sauce......and toast in the Goerge Foreman until the cheese is melted.
I also cook chicken breasts in them. Get 2 breasts and coat them generously in mixed herbs or spices. I use lemon thyme, oregano and rosemary and grill. Smells...and tastes awesome and it's virtually fat free
