What food can I take in my suitcase, tea, coffee etc, as I am staying in a villa, and be easier & cheaper to take rather than buy out in Spain

Take things like sugar, salt, pepper, and dry herbs, garlic with you (depending on how much you are cooking at your accommodation. I find that those are the things that you end up spending extra on and it's such a waste as you hardly use any of it. I have found that almost everything is cheap in Spanish supermarkets.
By the way, it's too bad you can't bring loads of stuff back. There are some great deli shops that sell wine in litre bottles straight out of the barrel for 70p a litre!!
I wouldn't take coffeemate if I were you-could be dodgy trying to explain that bag of white powder.

I was in offie yesterday and saw some 'Castillo de Liria' wine on offer at only �5 a bottle.
I remember paying 1.10 Euros a bottle for this in Spain. Gotta love these British taxes!!
I think the only things you're not allowed to take are meat and dairy.
