my friend keeps trying to convince me that bounty bars don't have coconot but are essentially made from grated potatoe?????? can anyone shed any light????

Since there's no mention of potato on the packaging, they'd obviously be contravening the Trades Description Act, so insist that he report it to Trading Standards right away.

Well, hubby loves spuds, but detests coconut, and there's no way he'll eat a Bounty bar.

further to the previous replies if you look on the packaging you will see that one of the ingredients is dessicated coconut no mention of potato so theres your answer
