how much drink will I need for a party for 80-100 guests.

Well if I was attending then you would need at least 500 bottles of Champagne, as it wouldn't be a pretty scene if you ran out...

Seriously though, I don't know what type of function it is so I can only estimate. Keep it simple though by providing wine, lager, and a limited selection of shorts (say vodka, gin, whiskey & brandy). Allow for 1 bottle of wine per head & 20 crates of beer. 20 Champagne bottles if you are toasting or 30 Champagne bottles (if toasting and doing buck's fizz reception). But as I said, without knowing what sort of party it is it's difficult to gauge. Plus my assumptions are based on you catering for all the drink yourself.
